Scott and I met in a mastermind group we both were in for a year with some of the sharpest coaches/consultants I've ever met.  Scott and I were the "Sales Growth Guys" in the group - many others focused more on marketing for B2C businesses.  We always looked forward to a power lunch discussion while in CA at meetups and so it was great to do this telephone conversation that Scott recorded.
